We’ve returned a week early for our staff Bootcamp to make sure we’re fully prepared for the new academic year. Over the past few days, we’ve come back to our why—reconnecting with our vision and STRIVE values (#Scholarship, #Teamwork, #Responsibility, #Integrity, #Value, #Effort), delving into the curriculum, planning collaboratively in our new teaching teams, welcoming new colleagues, preparing classrooms and rehearsing key teaching techniques. All of this so that when our students walk through the doors next week, we’re ready to give them the very best start!
